About Me

Hi! I'm Sal and I am a specialty coffee roaster in Queens, NY. Since 2022, I've worked as the Production & Wholesale Manager at Bean & Bean Coffee Roasters in Little Neck. Prior to that, I worked at Path Coffee Roasters in Port Chester.

Coffee education alongside practical expertise is always important to me. I strongly believe in reading books as well as taking SCA classes to further my knowledge. I make the most of every SCA Expo/World of Coffee trip to learn what I can about everything coffee-related.

In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities with my family, language learning, and training for 5k runs.
